Aspect’s rates are completely transparent and highly competitive.
What makes us different?
- We are one of the only companies in the UK to offer half hourly charging from the outset (i.e. if we are only with you for 30 minutes or less then you will only be charged for 30 minutes!).
- There are no hidden extras such as parking, petrol or congestion charge. Our charging structure is completely transparent.
- We do not charge for estimates and have an average turnaround time of 48 hours from attending to providing you with a full written quote.

1. Quarterly Drain Cleans at £320 per visit
2. Domestic / residential CCTV survey - £220.00+vat (upto and incl. 2 manholes, £95.00+vat per hour thereafter) (includes DVD and written report) Commercial CCTV survey charged at the hourly rate- £95.00+vat per hour, (Additional £50.00+vat for DVD and written report) Use of CCTV camera also known as ‘look and see inspection’ £95.00+vat per hour (No written report or DVD, live view only)
3. NICEC Periodic Inspections are charged as follows: Commercial : £300 fixed site charge including testing of up to and including 10 circuits Every circuit thereafter is charged at a rate of £25 per circuit
Residential :Bedsit £185 + Vat 1 Bed £200 + Vat 2 Bed £220 + Vat 3 Bed (or 2 bed maisonette) £230 + Vat 4 Bed (or 3 bed maisonette) £260 + Vat 5 Bed £300 + Vat
Note - this is based on the assumption that we are provided suitable access to electrical installation
4. PAT tests charged at £150 per site up to and incl. 30 appliances (£2 per appliance thereafter)
5. Residential Boiler servicing at £85 + Vat per appliance. Gas Safety Report £85 + Vat
6. Commercial Boiler Servicing:
Up to 125kw - £220 + Vat
125-250kw - £330 + Vat
250-350kw - £440 + Vat
Over 350kw - Estimated from site.
Commercial GSR - £150 + Vat for up to 3 appliances
£40 + Vat per appliance thereafter
7. Removing/Disposals are charged a flat rate of £70.00 + Vat per removal
8. Aircon servicing charged on the hourly rate of £85.00 + Vat
9. System Flushes
Up to 7 Radiators - £450 + Vat
8-11 Radiators - £550 + Vat
12-15 Radiators - £650 + Vat
16 -20 Radiators - £750 + Vat
21-25 Radiators - £900 + Vat
26-30 Radiators - £1100 + Vat
10. Pre-purchase surveys:
Roofing - £150 + Vat
Plumbing - £95 + Vat
Electrical Visual - £95 + Vat
Gas - £95 + Vat
