ASPECT MAINTENANCE WINS SERVICE BUSINESS OF THE YEAR

Leading property maintenance and refurbishment firm, Aspect Maintenance (www.aspect-maintenance.co.uk), was unveiled as the winner of the Service Business of the Year at this year�s Fast Growth Business Awards.
The awards, which honour the UK�s fastest growing businesses are organised by Crimson Business in conjunction with Growing Business magazine, and sponsored by T-Mobile.
Aspect Maintenance operates across both the domestic and commercial sectors. �From the drains to the roof and anything in between�, the company specialises in all areas of property maintenance. Providing both reactive emergency breakdown maintenance, as well as planned and estimated works, Aspect Maintenance has just commenced its national roll out, and currently employs over 100 staff.
The Fast Growth judges were impressed at how well Aspect has created such a customer serviced focused company with reliable and trustworthy staff that complete all jobs in an acceptable timeframe and to the highest standards possible.
Commenting on the company, the judges said: �Aspect Maintenance has grown impressively over the last three years with turnover going from �2.3 million in 2006 to �8.7 million in 2008.
�The property maintenance sector is possibly one of the most poorly serviced markets in the UK and Aspect Maintenance has created a model that is changing the face of modern day maintenance.�
