- Pre-Purchase Roof Survey this will involve an
in-depth survey of the roof(s) and provides full details of the
roofing problems along with a cost estimate to carry out the
repairs
- Pre-Purchase Drain Survey this can take the
form of a CCTV survey which will provide a full report on the state
of the drains or a more basic look and see inspection
- Pre-Purchase Electrical Survey this can take
the form of a Periodic Inspection which will test the electrical
installation (full NICEIC report and estimate for remedial works
provided) or a more basic visual inspection
- Pre-Purchase Central Heating Survey a Gas Safe
Register (previously Corgi) engineer will review the entire central
heating installation, including the boiler and pipework, and you
will be provided with a report on the age and state of this
installation
- Pre-Purchase Plumbing Survey a plumber will
review all visible supply and waste pipework and all associated
water storage units and you will be provided with a report on the
age and state of this installation
